Fall Image
Grady’s Fall Festival is coming up on October 18, 2103 from 5 pm until 7:30 pm on campus. The Fall Festival is for the whole family and non-Grady siblings/family members are welcome to participate.
We had a very successful, well attended Mom’s Night Out at Kona Grill on Monday, September 30. Thank you, moms, for coming out. Thank you, dads, partners and grandparents for making it possible for our moms to enjoy a great evening out.

grady sign
In order to maximize the instructional day, when students are tardy parents will need to sign their child in at the front office and the OFFICE STAFF or PATROLS will escort the child to class.  Parents will no longer escort their child to class after 8:00 a.m.
This is just a quick update to tell you about an awesome new Grady t-shirt available for purchase, to update you on the Grandparents Breakfast and PTA board meeting, which all occurred after the September newsletter was published, to provide you with a link to a Box Tops contest, and to provide you with a copy of Grady’s Serve Form, which must be filled out by all school volunteers.

Arrival:
Car riders must be dropped off in the front car loop. Never park or leave your car unattended in the car loop. Use only the Front/North/Morrison Ave. visitor parking spaces if it is necessary to walk your child to class.

Dimissal:
It is important to complete the Dismissal Information Form.

Car riders must be picked up in the front car loop by staying in your car. There is no parking in spaces in front of the school before and during dismissal but, we do offer a Park and Walk Up option located on the Northeast side of the school (S. Grady Ave. by the baseball fields and tennis courts). Students needing car seats must use this option.

For safety, students should NEVER be dropped off in the bus loop or daycare van loop.

This Grady Elementary video was produced by the staff at the school to celebrate the theme this year "Eye of the Tiger!".  We look forward to a wonderful school year!  Go Grady Tigers!
