Fundraising Merchandise pick up will take place Thursday, October 16 in the morning, afternoon and evening. Here are the times and places for pick up:
Morning: From 7:30 am until 8:00 am in the school cafeteria
Afternoon: From 1:45 pm until 2:30 pm in the school cafeteria
Evening: From 5 pm to 6 pm, at the side gate near the cafeteria (where you enter for YMCA pick up)

17 students won a limosuine ride to lunch at PDQ. The Lunch in a Limo event will take place November 4.
Fall Festival will be on October 24, 2014 from 5:00pm - 7:30pm. To make Fall Festival successful, we are looking for parent volunteers. We are looking for volunteers for set up, clean up, help with your classroom booths, bounce houses, obstacle course, snow cones, popcorn, grills, etc. Shifts for the PTA booths are 45 minutes. Wristbands are available day of the Fall Festival for $25 and tickets are $1 each.

Grady Elementary is having a Fall Box Tops Competition that ends on October 15, 2014. Please start sending in Box Tops For Education clipped from a variety of products into school via homework folders or bring them to the front office. Each box top is worth 10 cents to our school.
Please send your clipped box tops in clear Ziploc-style bags with a maximum of 50 per bag. Please include a slip of paper with your child’s name, grade level, teacher’s name and the number of box tops.
The classroom that collects with the most box tops as of October 15, 2014, wins a party and the student bringing in the most box tops wins two passes to Playgrounds of Tampa, an indoor bounce house and party center located near Gandy Blvd.
Grandparents, please come shop at the book fair with your Grady student on Friday, September 26 and enjoy a doughnut compliments of Grady Elementary Media Center.
