The Fall Fundraiser merchandise arrives this Friday at noon. It will be available for pick up from 1:45 PM until 6 PM on Friday. Please pick up the items you ordered in the Fall Fundraiser, particularly the cookie dough, this FRIDAY. This is especially true for cookie dough because it is perishable we cannot store all of it over the weekend. Pick up will be in the cafeteria on the stage. Even if you do car line on Friday, please stop by the cafeteria to pick up your merchandise and cookie dough on Friday between 1:45 PM and 6 PM.
We need the help of volunteers to help us sort and distribute the merchandise this Friday. Volunteering consists of checking people’s names against a list and handing them pre-marked boxes of merchandise. We also need volunteers to help distribute the remaining Fall Fundraiser items on Monday, so there are volunteer spots for that day as well. If you can spare an hour or two, please sign up to help. Fall Festival is coming up on Friday, October 21 – just 10 days away. Remember that to get a discount on the wristbands that let your kids do all the bouncing, gaming, bootiquing, and snow cone and popcorn eating they want, you have to pre-order by October 19.
