PTA Updates

Tiger Talk Update 9.18.17

September 18, 2017

Welcome back to school! We hope everyone made it through Irma safely.

Please grab a friend and join us at Kona Grill for Moms' Night Out tomorrow, September 19th from 5:30-8:30pm. Please click here for additional information. Contact Krista Harvie to RSVP or with any questions at [email protected]. Reservations are not required, but are appreciated.

Today is our first day of ASE clubs! Teachers have already been given a list of the students participating in clubs so students will be sent to their assigned club during dismissal. Students will have 15 minutes of snack time while waiting for all students and vendors to arrive. Monday dismissal for students enrolled on a Monday club is 2:30pm. Tuesdays - Thursday dismissal for students enrolled in these clubs is 3:30pm. We do not have park and walk dismissal at the gate for clubs, all clubs dismissals are at the front of the school. PTA Club Coordinator, Norma Maiz ([email protected]) will be at school during club dismissal if anyone still has questions regarding clubs.

Chorus rehearsals started today for 3rd, 4th and 5th graders who signed up. For more information on chorus rehearsals, please contact Mr. Florio, our Music Specialist at [email protected]

Please join us on September 28th from 6-7pm at the Kathryn Hance Media Center as Deputy Charity Arthur, Hillsborough County Sheriff's Deputy and School Resource Officer, speaks with us about internet safety. Deputy Arthur will talk about different types of internet dangers and will provide helpful solutions and practices that parents can implement to help their children stay safe online. For more information, please click here: Program on Internet Safety.
